Antipasti

 All my friends will tell you that I'm really, really indecisive, with everything. When it comes to food, I definitely have problems deciding what to eat. I was making myself some dinner yesterday and I couldn't decide what to make so I decided to make some different things, mixing Spanish tapas and Italian antipasto.

I did seven different things: roasted vegetables; tempura onions; tre colori salad; garlic bread; fritta; parma ham pizza and a selection of Italian cheeses that my Dad brought back last week.

Strawberry and Banana Tart

Our fridge is always full of random leftovers and I'm normally the one to come up with something that will use them up. This week we had filo pastry and strawberries that needed using.

I made a caramelised banana, strawberry and chocolate tart which went down really well.
